Brimm was born from a passion for crafting fun (and aesthetic) drinks. It all started with a vision: to create a cold brew concentrate that wasn’t tied to traditional, masculine branding.
Despite Australia’s reputation as a global coffee capital, finding the perfect iced coffee is challenging—it is often too bitter, too watery, or overly sweet. Inspired to fill this gap, I set out to create something unique. I envisioned a cold brew that was rich, nutty, and chocolatey—a blend that not only tasted incredible but also looked stylish and felt effortless to enjoy.
After months of experimenting and perfecting, Brimm came to life. It’s more than just coffee—it’s a ritual, a moment to savour, and the perfect base for any coffee creation. I’m so excited to share Brimm with you and can’t wait for you to experience its magic.
