Vietnamese Style Avocado Coffee

A tropical daydream.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp condensed milk (or more to taste)

  • 1/2 ripe avocado (frozen)

  • 300 mL milk of choice

  • Ice cubes

  • 70 mL Brimm coffee concentrate

  • Toasted coconut, for garnish

Method:

  1. In a blender, combine the avocado, condensed milk, milk, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Pour the mixture into a glass and sprinkle with toasted coconut.

  3. In a small glass, measure out the Brimm coffee concentrate.

  4. Serve both separately on a tray—pour the coffee over the avocado blend just before drinking.

  5. Stir and enjoy!
