Vietnamese Style Avocado Coffee

A tropical daydream.
Ingredients:

2 tbsp condensed milk (or more to taste)

1/2 ripe avocado (frozen)

300 mL milk of choice

Ice cubes
-
70 mL Brimm coffee concentrate

Toasted coconut, for garnish
Method:

In a blender, combine the avocado, condensed milk, milk, and ice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the mixture into a glass and sprinkle with toasted coconut.

In a small glass, measure out the Brimm coffee concentrate.

Serve both separately on a tray—pour the coffee over the avocado blend just before drinking.
