Strawberry Cloud Latte
A little fruity, a little fancy.
Ingredients

20 ml strawberry syrup (or 2 tbsp strawberry Nesquik)*

50 ml very cold skim milk

150 ml coconut water

60 ml Brimm coffee concentrate

Ice
Method

In a stainless steel jug, combine the strawberry syrup and skim milk.

Use an electric whisk to whip the mixture until the foam doubles in size and becomes silky.**

Fill a medium-sized glass with plenty of ice.

Pour the Brimm coffee concentrate and coconut water over the ice.

Gently pour the fluffy strawberry foam on top.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
*For an extra pink foam, add in beetroot powder or a touch of food colouring.
**The milk must be very cold to achieve the fluffy texture. Chill it in the freezer for 20 minutes beforehand, or add an ice cube while whisking.
