Strawberry Cloud Latte

A little fruity, a little fancy.


Ingredients

  • 20 ml strawberry syrup (or 2 tbsp strawberry Nesquik)*

  • 50 ml very cold skim milk

  • 150 ml coconut water

  • 60 ml Brimm coffee concentrate

  • Ice


Method

  1. In a stainless steel jug, combine the strawberry syrup and skim milk.

  2. Use an electric whisk to whip the mixture until the foam doubles in size and becomes silky.**

  3. Fill a medium-sized glass with plenty of ice.

  4. Pour the Brimm coffee concentrate and coconut water over the ice.

  5. Gently pour the fluffy strawberry foam on top.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!


*For an extra pink foam, add in beetroot powder or a touch of food colouring.

**The milk must be very cold to achieve the fluffy texture. Chill it in the freezer for 20 minutes beforehand, or add an ice cube while whisking.
