Sea Salt Chocolate Cold Brew

A mocha moment, reimagined. 


Sea Salt Chocolate Syrup (~15 serves)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cocoa powder

  • 1 cup caster sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • ½ tsp flaky sea salt

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Method:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine cocoa powder, caster sugar, water, and sea salt.

  2. Simmer gently over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar dissolves and the mixture thickens slightly.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

  4. Allow to cool, then transfer to a jar or airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 2–3 weeks.


Sea Salt Chocolate Cold Brew

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Brimm coffee concentrate

  • 20 ml Sea Salt Chocolate Syrup

  • 175 ml milk of choice

  • Ice

Method:

  1. Fill a short glass with plenty of ice.

  2. Drizzle syrup around the inside of the glass for a decorative touch.

  3. Add milk of choice.

  4. Pour in the Brimm coffee concentrate.

  5. Stir to combine and enjoy!
