Cold Brew Martini

Cold Brew Martini

Shaken until frosty, meet your new signature cocktail. Elevated with rocky road vodka and specialty cold brew coffee.


Brown Sugar Syrup (~15 serves)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 tsp vanilla bean extract

Method:

  1. Combine brown sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture just begins to simmer.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla bean extract.

  4. Allow to cool, then store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.


Cocktail Ingredients

  • 45 ml vodka of choice*

  • 20 ml coffee liqueur

  • 15 ml brown sugar syrup (see above)

  • 30 ml Brimm coffee concentrate

  • Ice


Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with plenty of ice.

  2. Shake vigorously until the shaker feels icy cold.

  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  4. Garnish with three coffee beans on top of the foam.

*I used rocky road vodka, but you can swap in any flavoured spirit to suit your personal taste.
