Coconut Cloud Latte

Ingredients

175 ml coconut water

60 ml Brimm coffee concentrate

50 ml skim milk
-
1 tbsp sugar syrup

Ice
Method

Fill a glass with plenty of ice and pour in the coconut water. Set aside.

In a stainless steel jug, combine the cold brew concentrate, skim milk, and sugar syrup.*

Use an electric whisk to whip until the mixture thickens and becomes silky.

Gently pour the whipped coffee mixture over the iced coconut water and top with coconut flakes.

Stir lightly to combine and enjoy!
*For best results, make sure the skim milk is very cold. Place it in the freezer for 20 minutes before whisking, or add an ice cube to the jug while whipping.
