Brown Sugar & Vanilla Bean Cold Brew Recipe
This is your new everyday ritual! This is our go-to recipe for enjoying Brimm which is quick & easy but has a long lasting rich flavour.
For the Brown Sugar Vanilla Bean Syrup (Serves ~16):
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Seeds from one vanilla bean
Instructions:
- Combine the water, brown sugar, and vanilla bean seeds in a small saucepan.
- Place the saucepan over low heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is fully dissolved and the syrup has thickened slightly.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool.
- Transfer the syrup to a jar or jug with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.
For the Brown Sugar and Vanilla Bean Cold Brew:
Ingredients:
- 60 ml Brimm cold brew concentrate
- 20 ml brown sugar vanilla bean syrup
- 175 ml creamy oat milk
- Ice
Instructions:
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add the brown sugar syrup to the glass.
- Pour in the cold brew concentrate, followed by the creamy oat milk.
- Stir to combine & enjoy!
