Brown Sugar & Vanilla Bean Cold Brew Recipe

This is your new everyday ritual! This is our go-to recipe for enjoying Brimm which is quick & easy but has a long lasting rich flavour. 

For the Brown Sugar Vanilla Bean Syrup (Serves ~16):

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Seeds from one vanilla bean

Instructions:

  1. Combine the water, brown sugar, and vanilla bean seeds in a small saucepan.
  2. Place the saucepan over low heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
  3. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is fully dissolved and the syrup has thickened slightly.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and allow the syrup to cool.
  5. Transfer the syrup to a jar or jug with a lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks.

For the Brown Sugar and Vanilla Bean Cold Brew:

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Brimm cold brew concentrate
  • 20 ml brown sugar vanilla bean syrup
  • 175 ml creamy oat milk
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add the brown sugar syrup to the glass.
  3. Pour in the cold brew concentrate, followed by the creamy oat milk.
  4. Stir to combine & enjoy!
