Brown Sugar & Vanilla Bean Cold Brew

A comforting classic.

Brown Sugar Vanilla Bean Syrup (~15 serves)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • Seeds from one vanilla bean

Method:

  1. Combine water and brown sugar in a small saucepan.

  2. Place over low heat and bring to a gentle simmer.

  3. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved and the syrup thickens slightly.

  4. Stir in the vanilla bean seeds.

  5. Remove from heat and allow the syrup to cool.

  6. Transfer to a jar or jug with a lid and store in the fridge for up to 2–3 weeks.


Brown Sugar & Vanilla Bean Cold Brew

Ingredients:

  • 60 ml Brimm coffee concentrate

  • 20 ml brown sugar syrup

  • 175 ml creamy oat milk

  • Ice

Method:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.

  2. Add the brown sugar syrup.

  3. Pour in the cold brew concentrate, then top with creamy oat milk.

  4. Stir gently to combine.
