Brimm Affogato

Your post-dinner glow-up.
Ingredients

60 ml Brimm coffee concentrate

2-3 scoops premium vanilla bean gelato or ice cream

1 splash of Frangelico (optional, for a nutty twist)

Pinch of sea salt flakes and/or grated dark chocolate, to garnish
Method

Scoop the gelato into a chilled rocks glass or coupe.

Pour the Brimm coffee concentrate directly over the ice cream.

Add a splash of Frangelico for a hazelnut infusion.

Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt flakes and/or grated dark chocolate.

Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy!
