Brimm Affogato

Your post-dinner glow-up.


Ingredients

  • 60 ml Brimm coffee concentrate

  • 2-3 scoops premium vanilla bean gelato or ice cream

  • 1 splash of Frangelico (optional, for a nutty twist)

  • Pinch of sea salt flakes and/or grated dark chocolate, to garnish


Method

  1. Scoop the gelato into a chilled rocks glass or coupe.

  2. Pour the Brimm coffee concentrate directly over the ice cream.

  3. Add a splash of Frangelico for a hazelnut infusion.

  4. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt flakes and/or grated dark chocolate.

  5. Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy!
