A dessert-inspired iced coffee that blends rich Brimm concentrate with sweet birthday cake flavours.

Ingredients

• 70 mL Brimm coffee concentrate

• 125 mL milk of choice

• Fluffe birthday cake fairy floss

• Whipped cream (for topping)

• Sprinkles (to garnish)

• Maraschino cherries (to garnish)

Method

1. Fill a 500 mL glass with plenty of ice.

2. Pour the milk over the ice.

3. Gently break apart the fairy floss and place it on top of the milk and ice.

4. Slowly pour in the Brimm coffee concentrate to dissolve the fairy floss.

5. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream.

6. Finish with sprinkles and a maraschino cherry for a playful touch.
